NOTE: THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THE ATHLETE THAT HAS PREVIOUS TUMBLING EXPERIENCE BUT NEEDS TO BUILD THEIR SKILLS IN THE BEFORE MENTIONED AREAS.
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETES WILL LEARN BACK HAND SPRINGS & FRONT HANDSPRINGS.
NOTE: MUST HAVE CARTWHEELS, ROUNDOFFS, FORWARD & BACKWARD ROLLS, BACK BENDS, AND FRONT & BACK WALKOVERS.
THURSDAY EVENINGS: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETES WILL LEARN BACK HAND SPRINGS & FRONT HANDSPRINGS, BACK HANDSPRING IN A SERIES, TUCKS, LAYOUTS, AND FULLS.
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THE ATHLETE THAT HAS TUMBLING EXPERIENCE BUT NEEDS TO BUILD THEIR INTERMEDIATE SKILLS. MUST HAVE CARTWHEELS, ROUNDOFFS, FORWARD & BACKWARD ROLLS, BACK BENDS, AND FRONT & BACK WALKOVERS.

TRAINING SUMMARY: BACK HANDSPRING IN A SERIES, TUCKS, LAYOUTS, AND FULLS.
NOTE: ATHLETES MUST HAVE THE TUMBLING SKILLS LISTED IN INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING. MUST HAVE ROUND OFF INTO BACK HANDSPRING IN A SERIES TO ENROLL IN ADVANCED TUMBLING.
SATURDAY AFTERNOONS: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETE WILL LEARN HOW TO PERFORM BACK HANDSPRINGS AND BACK TUCKS.
NOTE: ATHLETES MUST HAVE THE TUMBLING SKILLS LISTED IN INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING.
SATURDAY MORNINGS: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETE WILL LEARN CARTWHEELS, ROUNDOFFS, FORWARD & BACKWARD ROLLS, FRONT & BACK WALKOVERS TO INCREASE THEIR PACE. ATHLETES WILL THEN PROGRESS TO BACK HAND SPRINGS AND FRONT HANDSPRINGS.
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THE ATHLETE THAT HAS TUMBLING EXPERIENCE BUT NEEDS TO BUILD THEIR INTERMEDIATE SKILLS. MUST HAVE CARTWHEELS, ROUNDOFFS, FORWARD & BACKWARD ROLLS, BACK BENDS, AND FRONT & BACK WALKOVERS.
SATURDAY AFTERNOONS: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
TRAINING SUMMARY: LEARN AND PERFECT THE NECESSARY SKILLS NEEDED TO TRY OUT FOR YOUR MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL CHEER TEAM.
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THE ATHLETE THAT HAS TUMBLING AND STUNTING EXPERIENCE BUT WOULD LIKE TO SHARPEN THEIR SKILL SET IN ORDER TO TRYOUT FOR SCHOOLS CHEER TEAM.
SATURDAY MORNINGS: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETES LEARN TUMBLING BASICS TO GET THEM READY FOR MORE ADVANCED TUMBLING CLASSES.
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS FOR AGES 6 AND UNDER.
SATURDAY AFTERNOONS: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
TRAINING SUMMARY: ATHLETES WILL PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS ACTIVITIES SUCH AS PARKOUR, OBSTACLE COURSES, GAMES AND MUCH MORE.
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS INTENDED TO BUILD UP ENDURANCE AND BURN YOUR EXTRA ENERGY.
